RunningAHEAD - Topic: First track race for ages.

I ran my first track race for about 3 years or so yesterday. Glad I did the 5000 instead of the 1500 that I was originally going to have to do. Was a hard slog but managed a respectable 15.46, so I can't complain too much.

Nice job dj! It must feel great to hit the track again (and not have it hit back). Big grin
