Can you copy/paste a workout ? (Read 577 times)

    Specifically I would like to copy my strength training workout because I am lazy and dont want to add in each exercise each time, just edit an old one

        Ya, sometimes I have to type in the exact same workout for more than one person, and it is slooow going. The only way I've found to make it a bit easier is to have several computers and use all of them at the same time, so you can see the workouts for the different people all at the same time -- but you still have to read numbers off one screen and type them into another screen, so you still wish the computer would do some of the copying for you.

        It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.
