Yes, unless you want to keep it for some reason.  But it won't hurt anything to delete it -- won't affect anything on Garmin Connect or on your device.  May cause the ANT agent to suck everything back off your device again, though, and you'll be back where you were; so if you want to really get rid of everything, delete your device history, then delete your Activities on the computer, and then you'll be basically starting over clean.
