Yes, that is true innocent until proven guilty; however, I'm not sure it's the norm to have child porn pictures on your phone.

Probably just because he was known for running from California to Florida in 2012 carrying an American flag the whole way. It was soon after 9/11 so it was in the news. But you're right, it doesn't matter.
