49 yo Aussie (Melb) here saying hello (Read 36 times)

Hi,
I have been running off and on for about 10 years. Am currently running at a leisurely 6 min per k pace (not sure what that is in miles but... does it matter? )
I can run faster but I'm in it more for the pleasure of running than the pleasure of getting great times and places in events. Although if that happens I have nothing against it. I run mainly in Melbourne's Inner East, there's some lovely trails there. Always happy to chat and maybe meet up for a run if that sort of thing eventuated.
