I was wondering if there is a way to have a PMC type graph (using stress and recovery) to the summary tab?
Also in the training plan is there a way to put just planned duration in the week box so I am not locked into a certain day to complete the workout just looking at the end of the week and seeing if my workouts throughout the week equal the time allotted in the training plan?
