Hello,
I've been running for 3 - 4 years, and every week I clocked about 20 to 30km (5 - 6km) per run. Recently i got posterior shin splints, and it sucks so bad I couldnt even chase a bus. Recently I tried gua sha, which really helps me alot. Every night i performed one hour of muscle scrapping.
Just wanna know if anyone here suffers from shin splints and also any food to expedite my recovery? I really miss running.
