    Do you run or swim first? Which is better?

      I don't swim, I have trouble floating. That is why I run....... I think that if you do either that you should do only that activity for that day.

        Uhhh.... I don't swim or bike (usually), but know many who do. Generally speaking, it doesn't matter what order, unless you're doing a brick-type workout (usually done as a bike-to-run combo). I would think it depends more on your schedule. Also, there is nothing wrong with doing both in the same day.
          absolutely nothing wrong with doing both on the same day! the way i used to do it was pick one each day to be "hard" and one "easy" and do the hard one first.

            Thanks for the tips. My running suffers if I swim first and my swimming isn't improving if I don't swim first... bleh.. Smile
