Just signed up for an account and everything imported from Garmin Connect is out showing up as an activity -16 hours from the time showing on connect.garmin.com in my Garmin Connect app and as per my computer.
I am using Vivaldi but the error is consistent across Chrome / Firefox and Safari.
I have tried logging out and back in again as I saw in a previous help question and my locale is set correctly as far as I can tell.
Time and date appears to have caught up to where it is meant to be. You can ignore this now.
