For the next month or so the local Y will be extra crowded with resolutionists, making it harder to get a treadmill. By March they'll all be gone, and it'll be back to the usual crowd, working on their goals.
Resolutionists wont even make it until March! I have a goal to continue my running journey I started in September!
Completed my first half marathon 2:09:04!!!
The only difference I see is that resolutions are typically made on or around Jan 1 , while goals can be made any time of the year.
