    That said, there is no such thing as "falling forward".  It's simply physics.

    I don't think the author of chi running understands basic physics. They try to make it sound like you're using free energy from falling forward. Even if that were the case, you'd have to expend energy to become upright again in order to "fall" again in the next step.


      About to get sick.  Recently sick?  Mild anemia.  Life stressors.  Change in baseline mileage or speed (increased recently).  Changes in sleep?  New meds?  Any can cause sig. impact.
