New training plan for next half-Please experts let me have it!! (Read 55 times)


    I like to plan ahead and next 1/2 is end of Sept. First is May 12th..... This last 6 months of running have taught me more than the years I spent doing it in high school! Hoping the next 6 is even better. I also plan to add some strength training at least 2x's week. Thank you for any advice even if its that I'm a newb and the plan is crazy Smile
