I have developed a blister along my arch about a third of the way back, on the insole below the ball of my foot not quite the size of a dime. This is due to a new pair of shoes, which I am no longer wearing - for now. I'm planning a long run tomorrow of 12-15 miles and need advice for the blister. I have tried the BandAid brand Blister bandages - but they come off after about 45 minutes due to how much my feet sweat. I've heard others cut a hole in moleskin and use that but I'm not sure what tape would hold it in place for the duration I'll be running. What about just popping the blister ?
