310 XT connects, but always reports no new workouts. (Read 43 times)

    Recently acquired a 310 XT. Running Ahead see it but always "There is no new data". Yes I unchecked "Import new workouts only". Ideas?

    Runs with the pack

      Ctrl/alt/delete, close the Ant Agent process. Then restart the Ant Agent and re pair with new device.

       

      Once you get it working again, always delete your new run after uploading it to RunningAhead. I've been doing that for the past month or so, and it's been working flawlessly.
