Editing "Type" of run (Read 595 times)

    I'm referring to how you can pick what type of run you did in your log. For ex. Tempo, easy, long, ect... I only have about 5 options to pick from, and I think I made them all previously on coolrunning months ago, but now I want to add more "Types" but I cant figure out how. thanks in advance.
    2008 Goals Mile- Sub 4:50 2Mile- Sub 10:15 5k- Sub 16:50 5 Mile- Sub 27:00
      Hit Options in the upper right of your screen, then My Log Preferences, then Running. You will be presented with a list of the default (which you cannot rename but can change the graphing colors) run types, as well as blanks for you to enter additional run types.

      When it’s all said and done, will you have said more than you’ve done?
