Question About Workout Types (Read 237 times)

    How do I add custom workout types? For instance, I want a warm-up and Cooldown in addition to my actual run.


    day after day sameness

      Training Log -> Settings (last menu item in left column) -> Manage My Activities -> Select Activity (Run, Walk, etc) -> Workout types (add/delete)

      I've done my best to live the right way; I get up every morning and go to work each day...
