Hi Eric,
My subscription expired on Nov 2nd and I did not notice until today. Of course, I immediately renewed.
Do you have a reminder feature so I notice before the subscription expires? If not, maybe you can add something that pops up a month before. Maybe send an PM or something.

Is it really that critical to end on the day of renewal? How about the end of the renewal month.
