Went out for an easy 4 mile run this morning and about 1 mile into the run, my right calf was feeling a bit sore. It continued throughout the run and is still a bit sore now. Are there any stretches that can be done? Any other ideas? Thanks Bob

Oh ugh. I'm so sorry to hear that. From personal experience (I had a torn calf muscle last July that benched me for 10 weeks) I would say stay off your leg until it eases. Did you ice it afterwards? That will help. What finally helped for me was RICE-ing until it started to heal and then switching to heat and massaging the muscle. Take care and be sure to nip this one in the bud. Calf injuries are evil!

Iced down last night and again this morning. No running or activity other than walking until next week if it feels better. Thanks Bob
