                    RIP Milkman

Congratulations to both! I can't wait to hear the race report. 2 more PRs to add to this successful fall racing season.

I wonder if the cold had any impact on the race. It's been so crazy hot in the US this whole fall that it probably was quite a shock to the system! The pacing did look great though.

Swim - thanks for the updates!  Coffee is for closers! LOL. I know you would have rather been racing, but you'll likely have some delayed gratification in 2018.

IAM/Strugglr - Damn. Great races, congrats on the PR's!! Looking forward to the reports.

Jmac - Funny how hard it was for so many on the thread to grab a time goal or PR earlier in the year, but they are raining down heavy upon us this fall. It's contagious.

As far as the cold, it's easier to acclimate with some planning with layers and then shed clothing as you race, the heat, not much you can do without training for it in similar conditions, but you should adjust your goal and hope you did so conservatively.
