Forums >Technical Support>When clicking on 'New Course,' the map is blank
I just noticed this in the last day or 2. Anyone else? Applies to both chrome and edge.

Seems like an issue with the connection to google maps?
And you can quote me as saying I was mis-quoted. Groucho Marx

Blank for me too.
(double post. sorry)
Yes, I have this problem too in both Chrome and Edge.
It would be great to have this corrected.
It is an excellent website.
This issue has been in effect since Wednesday morning.
One way around it is to copy any of your old courses, erase it completely, map a new course and save it as you normally would

Thank you, that is a workaround!
This didn't seem to work for me -- still a blank map.
Make sure you click on "Copy" button (looks like 2 pages), not on the "Edit" button (looks like a pen)

I got a blank map too. As a test I tried to edit an existing map and then saved it by renaming it and found it had erased the original! Should have used the copy feature as suggested by ViBe71. I had to remap the original. Interesting that the remap of the same course came out 3 hundredths of a mile longer!
Long distance runner, what you standin' there for?Get up, get out, get out of the door!
I also tried to map out a course the other day and had a blank map instead. I'm glad it's not just my computer. I hope it gets fixed.
That is what I did...
Happens to me in Firefox but not Chrome, Chrome Canary, or Safari. On Firefox, there is just a gray box on runningahead.com/maps where the map should be.
Sorry for the double post, but here is a stack trace I see immediately before the 'NoApiKeys' warning someone mentioned above. Hopefully this helps Eric out. ("Learn More" is just inserted by the FF dev tools.) This is Firefox 58.0.2 (64-bit) on OS X.
