>Look What I Can Do!>1st half marathon
Maggie & Molly
finally!!!! I ran the New Bedford Half Marathon today and finished at 2:21:25. I am very happy with that. I've been struggling a lot and expected to come in between 2:30 and 3:00. AND, I stopped to help a woman who's knee gave out on her - I'm guessing that was 30 seconds to a minute stop. I am just so happy right now!

"Running long and hard is an ideal antidepressant, since it's hard to run and feel sorry for yourself at the same time. Also, there are those hours of clearheadedness that follow a long run." -Monte Davis
