U.S. Transplant Games...5K update..yes I know I haven't been posting much! (Read 575 times)

    Ok I haven't been around in months so to anyone who doesnt remember me, I had a liver transplant 17 years ago and compete every 2 years in an event called the U.S. Transplant Games...and I just returned from them last week,..see results below. 5K - Silver Previous PR - 34.54 Nov, 2006 New PR - 31.47 1500 M Run - Gold Previous PR - None New PR - 8:13 400 M - Gold Previous PR - 1:51 2006 games New PR - 1:34 800 M - Silver Previous PR - None New PR - 4:11 200 M - Gold Previous PR - 44.63 New PR - 42.31

                            You're so awesome Peach - Great stuff! Makes me proud to live in GA. One of our customers at work is a liver transplant survivor and ran in the Games. My eyes filled up as he described the opening ceremonies and the story of that one speaker and her donor. Wow. Keep inspiring us all hon.
