more than what? what's average? my running store suggests every three pairs of shoes, fwiw.

Dunno, just quoting what the Superfeet site says. Site says they last about a year. I used to use them but don't anymore so I can't speak from personal experience. But, rule of thumb is about a year. 3 pairs of shoes might be a good rule of thumb too - especially if you replace them every 4 months.
