Consistent Improvement (Read 774 times)

Skooter 2.5

I just realized that I totally beat my PR in a 10 miler from January on a rather routine easy training run without even trying...it's awesome to see all the hard work pay off! I think I could probably crush that PR by 10 minutes now...hell to the yeah yeah.

    Goals?

This PR you destroyed -- was it in bottles or cans? Cause those are distinct categories.

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

I've been feeling like my runs were kind of boring recently -- now I'm seeing what I'm missing.

Also, great improvement (so stray to the original topic)...

Awesome! It's great to be able to see that kind of progress!
