processing gpx files slow or isn't running (Read 25 times)

I see my garmin workout is visible on strava but not on runningahead. Normally these are received at Strava and RA very quickly after Garmin receives the workout. I tried loading the file directly, and that isn't being processed either (not very quickly anyway) .

My suspicion is there's something wrong in the gpx file processing service.
