Noticed this morning when I uploaded data from Garmin via Garmin Connect that temperature and weather not showing. Worked on Saturday but had to manually enter today. Subscription is active so not the issue. Operating system is Windows10 and I access RA via Chrome. There was an update to software on Garmin last week so not sure if related or not.
I had same issue a few months ago so not sure if reoccurring bug.

Verify that your subscription has not lapsed. Weather data is only provided to those with active subscriptions.
if that is not the issue try logging completely out of RA and clearing cache/cookies.
