Vibram Fivefingers Fitting (Read 629 times)

Certainly Something...

I just got a quick question for anyone that runs in these. Do you have any room in the toes, or are they rather snug? I just got the pair I ordered online, and I think I might want to send them back and downsize one. I don't have a lot of room, but I have a little.

Sounds about right. The classics I have fit snug but not overly tight. You can check out/ask in the Barefoot Running group where there are several people with experience with Vibrams.

Thanks. I've also found this site in searching for my answer: http://begin2dig.blogspot.com/2008/11/fitting-vibram-five-fingers-and-injinji.html Oh.. Side note since I went home and got my Classics fitting right last night. If you feel like the toes are too tight, but it seems like they could have enough room forward, you probably pulled on that elastic strap. So just let that go completely lose, then walk around and tighten till good. I just tightened it immediately because it felt like they were on. This caused the toes to be pulling back on the sides a bit and it was hitting too hard on my toes. The classics hold pretty good to your feet without that strap engaged at all, and if I pull on it much at all my toes don't fit right.
