Run in the dark. I'm semi-serious. Anyway, during dawn & dusk runs, Earth's atmosphere is great sunscreen.

Agree with you here- I try to complete all summer runs before 7am, although when the school year is in, I'm an after 4 kinda gal.  This all goes to pot at races that start @ 9am 

I would think things would go to pot at races with 4:20 starts.
