Muscle cramp vs tear- Marathon tomorrow HELP!!! (Read 422 times)

    I am running a marathon tomorrow and went for a slow 5k yesterday. 10 min in i felt my calf get tight, i pleaded with my body 'no please don't do this......' it came right after a few minutes but i stopped after 20 min. when i stopped the pain returned. came home and iced it and by the time i went to bed i couldn't really notice it. Feels ok today but haven't put any pressure on it. I had a similar problem a couple of weeks ago but just stopped and it didn't come to anything. I guess there's nothing i can do about it now, but does this sound like a cramp or a tear? Any advice for tomorow? Any last minute cures!
