Ran sick not a good idea (Read 540 times)

    I've had this little sinus infection that my youngest brought home from Jk for a couple of days. Hasn't really bothered me even finished my longest long run a couple of days ago. Was feeling a little worse today but thought I had better get at least an easy run in or my legs will not be happy tomorrow. Tried for 4 miles. 2.5 later could barely get in the house. Should have listened to you guys. All the posts I could find say don't do it. How long do you think I need to wait until I can start again?

          I do the stairs test. Walk up a flight of stair 3 or 4 times. If it is a pain to do the 4th flight, your run will feel the same, chancing injury. Be safe, rest and it will pay off in the long run (pun intended Smile )
