        keen Sub 85 isn't good enough unless you're 40 boomer. It's like 1:23 for TCS entry. Oh and since you haven't said Boston you're DEFINATELY doomed.

            Thanks. I wish I could take credit for it. I guess my ability to lock into a pace is pretty good when I don't have to think about it. As long as I continue to sandbag my performance I'll look like I know what I'm doing.

              I assume you mean HeartRateVariability-based training?  No. I think it's an intriguing idea, but I've never been much of a data guy.

               

              My new thing is trying to stave off "calf heart attacks" which have been bedeviling me.

                  Race tracking? Can't you just upload a link to the live feed, or the YouTube summary? I'd like to fast forward the commercials and boring parts I've seen before.
