I realize you're still working on the new training pages. Something to consider adding would be "tags". Adding tags to a workout would allow for easy categorization and recall for the runner later, based on things that commonly occur and are meaningful to track.
For example, if you have a certain injury that you are recovering from, it would be nice to tag a run with: "LeftKneeHurt". Then later you could do a query to find out how often your Left Knee Hurt you during the run. Currently, you'd have to look at each log's notes to find them all.
