    These are really interesting. I might have a look at these.

      When I am running 30-40 miles a week I don't train to run a half, I just don't. Am I misunderstanding something? It would seem to me gauging by the distance, you should be able to run a half no problem if you are regularly running that distance. I am not a fast runner by any means but I get it done...

        sub 7 I'm probably misunderstanding your statement but at 40mpw you can train and run a half for sure. But to race your best, you probably want more miles.
