Handy Runner trouble (Read 194 times)

This weekend I manage to leave my garmin at home so I though I'd try Handy Runner to record a couple of runs. It works well as long as it stays in the foreground all the time. However if I fire up another application I can see the handy running logo in the notification area - when you drag that down you can see it in the notification list with something like "workout started at 8:48am" but on selecting it you get the gui as if there's no workout in progress. Hitting the start key just starts a new workout and you lose all reference to the one already in progress. If you don't hit the start key there's really nothing you can do (it also seems there's not way to quit the application from this state - you have to start a new workout and then stop it before you can quit.
