Don't make excuses for why you can't get it done.
Focus on all the reasons why you must make it happen.

1938.9.
I really wanted another 61.1, but December wasn't agreeable. It was the hardest month ever for not letting life get in the way of running.
Runner with a riding problem.

Weird. I also ran exactly 1938.9 in 2013 and I clicked on your training profile and saw that you have the same "2500 in 2014 widget" as me. Bwith of luck with your goal.

Can't figure out how to see year over year numbers. More than last year, but just happy to be "running".
Get off my porch
2727.5 mi in 2013, which was about a 5% increase over the 2596.1 mi I ran in 2012. I lost about 2 weeks worth of time due to injury in late July and post surgery recovery over the Thanksgiving holiday, which would've netted another 100 mi or so.
4097
1600 which is hugh for me!!! Yay
Maybe everybody here doesn't keep track of all their miles. I've done just that though by downloading all my runs recorded on my GPS watch to this site, including the dreaded April 4th run, that Chicago's Metra police took me by surprise. The end result for 2013 was 3,566.
I got 1267.6 which is my full, first year of running. Included 2 marathons and a 5 k race. Lots of training, not a lot of racing, but thats ok. I was happy to remain fairly uninjured for the year.
5k = 19.48 10/1/13

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

Half Fanatic 12680
2535; 517 more than last year. Aiming for 2620 in 2014.
3,050. Really, really happy about it. Ran 2,800 the last year (2012), and in 2011, I started running. Best addiction I've ever had.
"When a person trains once, nothing happens. When a person forces himself to do a thing a hundred or a thousand times, then he certainly has developed in more ways than physical. Is it raining? That doesn't matter. Am I tired? That doesn't matter, either. Then willpower will be no problem." Emil Zatopek
1579 miles. 2013 was my first full year of running, started in the summer of 2012. I'm happy with that.
