It's that time again- this Sunday, May 1st is the run in the Redwoods. Just doing the 10 K this time, my knee has been giving me trouble. The ortho doc told me to quit running or I would ruin my knees, but physical therapist was more hopeful that I could continue. Been working on it. Anyone else planning on the run? Once again I will be back at the Lost Coast Brewery in Eureka to have raspberry brown ale a few hours after the race if you want to stop in.
hey Chuck, I will be 1/2 way there at the Eugene HM that day. might as well come on down & meet you for that raspberry ale. oh darn, just remembered I need to drive back to Seattle. maybe next year? have fun down in the Redwoods, my favorite place., Are you camping down there or along the way? any brewery suggestions for Eugene?
Love the Ave of the Giants - was my very first marathon. Such a beautiful course and great people!!
