I live in the Finger Lakes region of Western New York. Since the start of fall I've been taking a camera on my runs. Here is a selection of the best ones: This dirt road is part of a half marathon course I usually run each year, although this year I just did a "solo" 5K. You have wonderful photos and views. It seems to me only because you run in such beautiful places you produce even more endorphins.

Thanks Robin for the compliment, but I may have taken over a hundred pictures this fall and those four photos were just selections of some of the better ones. Many photos from other posters were taken in more interesting areas with mountains or seashore. I will say that the scenic views are a motivation for me to get out on a run and give me something to focus on besides the stress of running. If I feel tired and want to slow down I may look at the pretty sky instead! As far as increasing endorphins goes, I don't know if a nice view does that or not.
