     I should do the Flying Dutchmen, Flying Pirate, Flying Pig, and Flying Monkey. I'm pretty sure my husband would make my running shoes fly out the window if I attempted that though!

     

    They are all mammals, I suppose.

      Bodies do crazy things.  I will gain somewhere between 3 and 5 pounds if I have more than 3 beers on a Saturday night.  It takes me like 3-4 days for it return to normal.  My dietician friend tells me its because after the initial dehydrating effects my body is retaining water to flush the aldehydes out or something like that.

       

      I wouldn't worry about it.  You just finished something that I figure I won't be able to do for at least another year.
