      Seems like more snake oil to me.

      Running really isn't that complicated, we're genetically instinctive runners. Running middle to long distances is one of the very few things humans are GOOD AT compared to most other animals.

                  I watched the original clip again at full length and only now realized that she had ankle weights on. Holy moly and the things she says like better to hit into space than in your face....Both thumbs up!!!

                    I'm sure we'd be told to emulate a Sifaka or something for proper walking methods to enhance exercise.
