YIKES!
I wonder what kind of noise that made when the road washed-out. There are a few houses right near the edge of that creek. I can't imagine that they didn't hear some serious noise, though we have had several T-storms roll through in the past 48 hours.
And note the fine journalism...latter ≠ ladder.

That looks like a matchbox car in a puddle. I believe you've created an elaborate hoax.
Not me, the media, man!
Whoah...it's like...what if zoomie IS the media, man?!?!?!
"When a person trains once, nothing happens. When a person forces himself to do a thing a hundred or a thousand times, then he certainly has developed in more ways than physical. Is it raining? That doesn't matter. Am I tired? That doesn't matter, either. Then willpower will be no problem." Emil Zatopek
If I were the media I wouldn't spell ladder "latter."
Fear is a Liar
Why were two men out at 3:30am in the one guy's mother's car? I bet she is not too happy about her Chrysler 300 getting trashed. Kyle, you need to get your own car!
I'm so vegetarian I don't even eat animal crackers!
I wondered about that, too. 20 year olds out at that hour rarely are up to any good.
I'd vouch for this part
First or last...it's the same finish line

Aha, but if you knew we'd think that, then you WOULD spell it that way so we would not realize it was you.
It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.
*snort* Dork!
They had video on the news tonight of these guys. They are babies. That really had to have been so terrifying.

If it's a hoax, she's doing a great job!

I keep forgetting to drive out there to see what it looks like. I imagine it's going to be months before they fix this.
IKR? That tilt shift app on her phone is amazing and Matchbox cars are so much more believable than legos.
I need to work on my pyrotechnics, though. That's my next project.
