my friend can't log back in. (Read 569 times)

she was logged in last night, logged out and couldn't get back. Maybe there was a typo in her address when she first registered? When attempting to log in, it says E-mail or password is incorrect. requesting a missing password, it says E-mail doesn't exist, when attempting to re-register it says username (Arf) already exists. Is there a way to get the E-mail address changed for this user, or should we just create another account? Thanks, Dave

Have your friend drop a line to Eric via the "feedback" link at the bottom of most pages. She doesn't have to be logged in to do this. Smile
