For 3 months I’ve had this muscle pain the comes and goes between the bottom of my calf muscle down to my ankle. It never bothers me when I run - usually 6-24 hours after. Pain’s not sharp just tender and almost ticklish, if that makes sense. Intensity varies. It’s not along the shin bone. Has anyone dealt with this?
