Dr put me on Mobic (15mg) once a day for some swelling in my recently repaired elbow. I know Advil isn't safe to take before a run, and I was wondering if I have to worry about Mobic the same way. I've been timing it to take the pill an hour after my run so hopefully it's somewhat done being processed my my kidneys (or whatever) 22 hours later.
Run, Eat, Repeat.

You might want to put a call into your doctor or pharmacist for their opinion on this.
I hope it isn't harming my kidneys or anything else, but it sure takes care of the usual aches and pains I tend to get.
