Hip flexors (Read 692 times)

I’ve been dealing with sore and stiff hip flexors for a few weeks now. They always loosen up, but after I’ve been sitting for any extended period of time, they get stiff and I really have to arch my back to sort of stretch them out a bit so I can walk without looking like I’m 100 years old. If I think about it, they really twinge much of the time. What am I doing wrong and how can I fix this?

Hi I would love to know as well if anyone can help. I am new to running and have really got the bug, but as I run my hips feel like they are grinding as they swing and yes I will be there with you tomorrow doing the 100 year old walk... I really don't want to top running but am worried I am hurting myself Sad
