Has the NZ crowd already discussed that Costco is coming to New Zealand?

I love their food court. Its junk food at super cheap prices, hot dog and soft drink for $1.50 plus some churros. Just love it. And who doesn't need a 50 pack of everything???

Fred - couldn't you just have your son start at the same time as you? I assume its all chipped, so it shouldnt matter? Or does he want to race the others?

I can probably give him that option.  My guess is he'll want to start with the rest of the 10k racers.  He's a bit more of a conformist than I am (more like his mother in that regard), but he may surprise me.

      5k 23:48.45 (3/22); 4M 31:26 (2/22); 5M 38:57 (11/22); 10k 49:24 (10/22); Half 1:48:32 (10/22)

Upcoming race(s): RunAPalooza Half, Asbury Park, 4/1; Jersey City Half, 4/22

It's like 10 minutes from my house.  The queues on opening day were apparently ridiculous.  Amusingly the power went out in the store apparently too.  I might check it out once things settle down a bit.

Good luck, Steve!  You'll start before my 5K (between 6 & 6:20pm Eastern, depending on (dis)organization), but if you finish before I do, either you'll be very happy or I'll be very disappointed.

My week done and dusted... very sluggish for the first half of the week but starting to improve by Fri/Sat.  Hoping for more improvement this week.  My club (Takapuna) won the Masters Men at National Road Relays yesterday too... I think the club's first title in 35 years?  Very happy for the team (and also happy that my absence did not cost them) but obviously wished I could've been there.  Oh well... there's always next year!
