When it’s all said and done, will you have said more than you’ve done?
I've got a fever...
On your deathbed, you won't wish that you'd spent more time at the office. But you will wish that you'd spent more time running. Because if you had, you wouldn't be on your deathbed.

"Years ago my mother used to say to me, she'd say, 'In this world, Elwood, you must be' - she always called me Elwood - 'In this world, Elwood, you must be oh so smart or oh so pleasant.' Well, for years I was smart. I recommend pleasant."
Happy birthday Canada! I'm embarrassed to say I don't know how old you are...and you're not that far away. Happy birthday anyway!
Thanks for the history lesson. I feel like such a self-absorbed American sometimes--no world view. Anyway, my wife and I are hoping to do a race up in Canada sometime next spring--probably a half-marathon, maybe a full. We were thinking of Eastern Canada just because we're in Maine and we could drive if it were in Quebec or Nova Scotia. But we'd be willing to travel further for a fun, well organized race. Any ideas of some good ones, Daddyo? You can be my resident expert on the country...
