I finish the shamrock half this morning in 1:55:50 beating my previous time of 2:17:48 two years ago. I had also beat my 5K PR 8 days prior. I feel great and I would like to thank everyone for asking the questions so I can search for the answers. Kevin

Great job Kevin! That is quite an improvement. I was at the Shamrock also. What a beautiful day for a race.

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.
