How short a rest between marathons (Read 156 times)

I don't have a lot of wisdom on this but last year i did my first 50k in October 2012 and a full marathon four weeks later (my third FM). The 50k wasn't so good and ended up being a death march but I PR'd the marathon by 17 minutes. Doing it again in February and March of this year....guess we'll see what happens! Good luck!
