Consistently Slow
Downloaded Microsoft 10. Is dial up connection part of the program? Not impressed with the so-called upgrade.
Run until the trail runs out.
SCHEDULE 2016--
The pain that hurts the worse is the imagined pain. One of the most difficult arts of racing is learning to ignore the imagined pain and just live with the present pain (which is always bearable.) - Jeff

If the PC (device) you are using has a modem, Windows 10 supports dial-up internet connection. Here's a brief summary of the available connections.
Acceptable at a dance, invaluable in a shipwreck.
I have high speed. After downloading it slowed to a crawl. It appears to be back to normal.
Oh, didn't get that from your post...
The Edge browser won't download my runs on the Garmin to RA. I have to switch (using the options) to IE to download. No plugins for Edge browser just apps I guess.
Plug-ins are at end-of-life on all browsers; IE 11 will likely be the last (mainstream) browser with plug-in support.
If you haven't already, it's time to chuck the Garmin Communicator plug-in and move on to Garmin Express or Garmin Connect Mobile and take advantage of the RA integration Eric has worked so hard to deliver.
Does the Garmin ant stick USB driver work well? That is what's holding me back right now as it would mean manually entering all my runs on the computer if the ant stick doesn't work.
Ant stick works fine. Speed is back to normal. My workouts on the calender will not download to the 310XT. This has happened before. Will do a hard reset.
PS: Hard reset and re-charging worked.
Garmin navigator not loading.
