I know your pain. Well not quite. I onlylogged 201 miles this July breaking my old record of 186 set last year.
This is a very meaningful accomplishment for me. Way to go Michigan runners!

Nice one Kirsten, good numbers.....I realised after my last run I had done ~62 miles in the last 7 days. It makes you realise we are not "frightened" by the numbers anymore.
